At The Furniture Gallery, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on most items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time; smaller items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
