We offer white-glove delivery for all large furniture pieces. Standard in-stock items typically arrive within 7-14 business days, while custom-made orders may take 8-12 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
Do you offer assembly services for my new furniture?
Yes, our white-glove delivery service includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in your room of choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Please note that custom-upholstered pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All Furniture Gallery pieces come with a standard 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the materials in your own home lighting before making a final decision.
